President to speak at UG’s 46th Convocation

President Donald Ramotar is expected to give the feature address at the 46th Convocation of the Turkeyen Campus of the University of Guyana.

According to a press release from the university’s public relations division, 1,300 students are expected to graduate with degrees and diplomas from the faculties of Agriculture and Forestry, Health Sciences, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology, and the Schools of Earth, Environmental Sciences and Education and Humanities. The Convocation will be held on November 10 at University Square, Turkeyen Campus.

The release added that the 2012 Convocation for the Berbice Campus will be held on November 17.
