I was delighted to see the long overdue promotion of my friend Michael Brotherson to a substantive diplomatic posting. Well done to Foreign Affairs for injecting some new blood into Guyana’s overseas missions.

But when will Carolyn Rodrigues tackle the sleeping giant that is the London High Commission? Many hard earned dollars are being spent there for very little return. Action this day?
