Strange happenings

Dear Editor,

Sometimes there are strange happenings which we can’t explain. For instance the eastern part of the USA was devastated by Storm Sandy before the elections, only to return under another name the day after the elections and results had been obtained. It is strange as the same north-east residents now batten down to wintry snow and rain.
What’s next?

Yours faithfully,
V O Patrick
