Former West Indies players Ramnaresh Sarwan and Leon Johnson won the Georgetown Cricket Club fund raising Double wicket competition with an emphatic display of stroke play in the final yesterday at the GCC ground, Bourda.
The pair of Sarwan and Johnson representing GCC defeated the GNIC’s pair of Esaun Crandon and Krishna Arjune by four runs in an entertaining final watched by an appreciative crowd including President of the Georgetown Cricket Club,
