Junior Horatio, Sales Manager, said the company views the donation as a support to the organization for the tremendous support it has made to football over the years.

“We see this as a support to the organization and to the sport itself and because sport in Guyana needs an important boost. Just recently at the Olympics we saw what sports can do for the Caribbean which is why we feel that organization like ourselves can make a contribution to any good initiative,” said Horatio.

Horatio also said that this is the second year that the airline was offering support to the organization.

Aubrey ‘Shanghai’ Major Co-Director of the Kashif and Shanghai organization in expressing gratitude said that the tickets will not be presented as any prize during the competition, but that it will be used by the organization to travel to the United States where it will be doing further promotion of the tournament.

The two tickets were presented to Kashif Muhammad by Reservation Agent, Lavinia Persaud in the presence of Horatio and Major.
