Prize winners of the just concluded Woodpecker Products annual badminton singles competition on Friday received their prizes at Queen’s College.
Making the presentation of the prizes to the first three finishers in each category were Ernesto Choo, assistant secretary of the Guyana Badminton Association and Gloria George-Joseph.
Those receiving trophies in their respective categories were boys’ singles: – first place Narayan Ramdhani, second place, Jonathan Mangra and Omari Joseph and Jonathan Persaud, joint third place finishers.
In the girls Singles, the winner was Greer Jackson with Priyanna Ramdhani placing second and Ambika Ramraj and Nadine Jairam joint third place finishers.
