Tessanne shares relationship advice from Celine Dion

(Jamaica Gleaner) Jamaica’s Tessanne Chin appeared on the American show ‘Today’ yesterday morning and shared the advice she received after a stunning duet with her “idol” Celine Dion.

Tessanne who won the talent show ‘The Voice’ on Tuesday night, charmed the cast with her Jamaican accent as fans waved Jamaican flags on the NBC Plaza in New York City.

The Jamaican songbird who performed on The Voice finale with Celine singing the 1992 hit Love Can Move Mountains, said the Canadian singer gave her valuable advice.

Tessanne said Celine told her to wait five years before she has children, and she will heed the advice.

This morning, the Today Show, a daily American morning television programme, which airs on NBC, asked viewers to turnout in their Jamaican colours at the NBC Plaza ahead of its 6 a.m. airing at the Rockefeller Centre, New York City.

On being complimented on her smile after being announced the winner of The Voice, Tessanne said she was laughing at her husband.
