INGREDIENTS
2 pounds sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes; do not peel the sweet potatoes.
Cut the sweet potatoes just as you would if making French Fries.
Transfer the cut sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Toss to ensure all the potatoes are coated with the oil; this is important as it will help the seasoning to adhere to the sweet potatoes.

Sprinkle all-purpose seasoning along with salt and pepper to taste, all over the sweet potatoes and toss to mix and coat the potatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 – 15 minutes. Halfway during the cooking process, toss the sweet potatoes so that they can brown on both sides.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
