Who did this? Are these the crazed drawings of a deranged person? Or is someone trying to tell a story? Or both? No one knows. Vendors at the La Penitence Market said that a few days after completion of this bridge at Sussex Street, separating La Penitence from Charlestown, these drawings appeared.
