Fifty-one MoneyGram users were awarded. They were eligible for the drawing if they sent or received a MoneyGram transfer between November 12, 2012 and January 11, 2013. One winner was guaranteed from every MoneyGram location.  SurePay, a relatively new facility, enables persons to make utility payments.  Ten persons were awarded in this category and the promotion period was November 12 to January 5.
