GTUC urges national action on ‘critical’ NIS

-wants VAT, contract workers addressed

The Guyana Trades Union Congress (GTUC) says the National Insurance Scheme (NIS) is now at “a critical juncture” and deserves “national mobilisation and strident action” to resolve its problems.
