Celina’s manageress shot and robbed

Police say that at about 1420h today,  Manageress Zang Ling Ling, 26 years, of Celina’s, Kitty Seawall, Georgetown, was about to enter a motor vehicle outside of the business place when two men rode up on a motor cycle. One of them was armed with a hand gun.

Police say the armed man shot Zang Ling Ling to her left hip and took away a handbag containing $30,000 and two cell phones and escaped along with his accomplice.

Zang Ling Ling has been admitted to the GPHC for medical treatment.

Investigations are in progress.
