Mash winners receive prizes

Winners of the Mashramani 2013 competitions received their prizes at a ceremony at the Umana Yana on Friday.

GINA said that Culture Minister Frank Anthony stated that while much was achieved during the celebrations, there is still a lot to be done. accommodates the carnival and there is also a special committee that manages the festivities, Anthony said that for Guyana to go in that direction the Mash model will have to be revamped.

Olympia Small-Sonaram was awarded designer of the year for pieces that included the first place Banks DIH queen costume.
