New Brazilian military attaché: President Donald Ramotar (second from left) with new attaché for Defence, Naval and Army in the Brazilian Embassy, Colonel Ronaldo Pacheco, (right) outgoing attaché Colonel Wilson Mandes Lauria (second from left) and Brazilian Ambassador to Guyana Luiz Seixas De Andrade. Pacheco succeeded Lauria yesterday with an official handing over ceremony and a task to strengthen friendship and cooperation with the Guyana Defence Force (GDF).
The ceremony took place at the Grand Coastal Inn.
