At the end of the tunnel

Dear Editor,
I am at the end of the tunnel. For over a month I have not been able to retrieve messages left on my GT&T phone. I called the customer (cold) line and was bluntly told that GT&T cannot say when this problem would be rectified. They say that they have to put in some new system and it is not working properly. Well, my advice is, put back in the old system. And I would not choose to talk about GT&T’s internet service in the same breath.  It is nothing short of horrid. What is left to come?
