The Linden side has had a remarkable showing in the Super League now in its third year but find themselves at the bottom of the points table with only four points after a dismal start.  Buxton United current hold the third position on 11 points from seven matches and are trailing current leaders BK Western Tigers and Pele both of Georgetown.

Buxton United will be without the services of their MVP of the K&S tournament Dwain Jacobs who has since left the Club but will be depending heavily on Jason Cromwell, Keon Norville and Michael Phyll.

The opening match at the Buxton ground will be a showdown between East Coast side BV/Triumph United and Den Amstel Pocknockers of West Demerara.

Dem Amstel and BV/Triumph are third and second to last on the points table with six and five points respectively.
Kickoff is at 13:30 hours.
