Mouth watering semis on today

-Guinness in the Streets

The semi-finals of the Guinness Greatest of the Streets East Coast edition will take place today at the Haslington Market Square with two mouth watering fixtures.

Opening up festivities will be a clash of monumental magnitude with the Plaisance unit led by their dynamic duo of Warren Gilkes and Carlos Matthews tackling a very dangerous Beterverwagting `A’ unit led valiantly by the duumvirate of Delroy Dean and Quacy Price in the first semifinal.

Incrementally improving with each fixture the boys from Plaisance will look to take care of business when they engage arguably the tournament’s form team.

Contrasting styles will then collide when Church Yard United (Victoria) tackle Melanie in the second semifinal encounter programmed for the vesper. Collective by nature and unconventional by trade, a communal effort will be required from the boys from the famed Victoria village led by the talented duo of Horace Graham and Rolex Gouveia, as they seek further progression into the tournament.

This objective will not be easily accomplished with the creative combination of Shermon Fraser and Jermaul George having other intentions as they lead Melanie A’s tremendous passing offense into battle.

Scheduled Fixtures:
20:00 hrs Plaisance V/s BV/-A

20:45 hrs Church Yard United (Victoria) V/s Melanie A
