A Spotted Puffbird (Bucco tamatia) photographed at 3Vs in Kuru Kururu, Soesdyke

The Spotted Puffbird is often found near forest edges. It feeds primarily on insects, but may take fruit. It has themost unique appearance of all the puffbirds, sporting a large black bill, a chestnut coloured cap and upper chest, and a heavily spotted underside.
