Emergency Medical Technicians graduate

Twenty-two persons today graduated as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). GINA said that Zulfikar Bux, Head of the Department for Accident and Emergency, GPHC encouraged the EMTs to be successful in the work for which they have been trained.

A two-week pilot project will commence for the EMTs with the use of ambulances that were recently handed over by the Health Ministry to several hospitals. This project is based only in Region Four.  Photo shows some of the graduates and medical sector officials. (GINA photo)
