Aviation glimpse for students

During the past five weeks, over 800 students were able to get a glimpse into the  world of aviation and its operations at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA), Timehri.

A release from the CJIA yesterday said that students, teachers and parents were taken on guided tours during the month of February and March.

According to the release, the highlight of the tours for the nursery and primary school students was the DC-3 Museum– a fully outfitted 30-seater aircraft.
