Taushida receives $1M presidential grant

Residents of Taushida, Karasabai District, Region Nine were the recipients of a $1M Presidential Grant to be utilized for the purpose of cassava cultivation, following a visit by Minister of Amerindian Affairs, Pauline Sukhai to the area over the weekend to meet residents of Karasabai, Kakshibai, Tipuru and Yurong Paru, according to GINA.
