Dominica’s ruling party has won a fourth consecutive term following parliamentary elections on Monday in the eastern Caribbean island, the Associated Press reported yesterday. Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit said he was humbled by the re-election after his Labour Party won 15 of 21 parliamentary seats. Preliminary election results show that the opposing United Workers Party increased its seats from three to six.
