Three injured in shooting at Albouystown bar

At about 0145h. today,  police say that Andy Bharrat, 39 years, of Albouys Street, Albouystown, became involved in an argument with a group of men at the Ghetto Flex Bar at James and Albouys Streets, Albouystown.

Police say that during the argument, the men pulled out firearms and discharged several rounds that resulted in  Bharrat being hit and injured to his back.

Nikita Glasgow, 28 years, of East Ruimveldt and Courtney Sandy, 28 years, of Light Street, Georgetown, were struck to their left feet, police added. Bharrat has been admitted to a private hospital, while the other two victims were treated at the GPHC and sent away.

Investigations are in progress, police.
