The People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) has expressed sorrow at the passing of Rawlewayne Payne who died on February 1, 2014.
A release from the PNCR said that Payne was an executive member of the Guyana Youth and Student Movement (GYSM), the youth arm of the party. He was a member of the General Council of the PNCR and also served as a Regional Councillor for Region 4 (Demerara-Mahaica).
The PNCR offered condolences to his wife Wilsie Iona Payne, his children Rawlewayne Omar and Ronelda Payne and other relatives and friends.
