Foul play suspected in death of Charlestown man

The partially decomposed body of a 61-year-old man was discovered at his home on Monday morning and the police suspect foul play.

Berkley Montgomery Semple, of Lot 84 St Stephen Street, Charles-town, was discovered by his friend around 11:00 am after the man had gone to his home to check on him since he had not seen him for a few days, which was unusual since they would normally get together and have drinks, Donnett Semple, the dead man’s sister said.
