Cops probing murder of miner at Potaro

The Police say they are investigating the murder of miner Gregory Gibson, 50 years, of Bush Lot, Essequibo Coast, which occurred at about 0530h. yesterday at Blackwater Landing, Potaro.
Investigations have revealed that Gibson was involved in an argument over money with another man, during which he was struck to his head with a piece of wood. He was pronounced DOA at the Mahdia Hospital, the police said.
The suspect had not been arrested as yet
