An early morning fire yesterday damaged the Subs and Salads branch located at the Shell gas station on Regent Street.

A fire official told this newspaper that while it is too early to determine the exact cause of the fire, fire-fighters had found that the fire may be deliberate as something suspicious was found at the scene.

The Subs and Salads franchise also has two other branches located at Sherriff Street, Subryanville and Grove, East Bank Demerara.
