David’s attorney, Michael Baird in his application for bail told the court that his client is not a flight risk and is married and has an 18-month-old child. Police Prosecutor Godfrey Playter did not object to bail but stated that if bail should be granted the accused should stay approximately 20 feet away from the complainant. Magistrate Isaacs-Marcus told the defendant that he should stay away from the complainant and he is required to visit the Central Police Station every fortnight.
