Man dies at Kwakwani after run over by trailer

At about 2100h. last night Thursday, police say that Imtiaz Hussain was sitting on the rail of a trailer attached to a motor tractor along the roadway at Kwakwani, Berbice River, when he fell off and was run over by the vehicle.

He was pronounced DOA at the Kwakwani Hospital.

The driver of the motor vehicle is in police custody assisting with the investigations, police say.
