No other details about the charge were presented in court.

James, who was unrepresented by an attorney, was informed that he would be remanded to prison until September 8, when the case will be called at Court One.

On Tuesday, a tearful Esther Cox had recalled that she received a telephone call from her nephew at around 3:30 am on Monday and he told her that her brother had been stabbed to death.

She said Glendon, who was a father of two, celebrated his 46th birthday on August 22.
