The residents of La Retraite on the West Bank of Demerara are poised to benefit from the construction of a rip-rap sea defence structure as tenders for the project were opened yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board.
With the Ministry of Public Works being the procuring entity, four bids were submitted for the contract. The names of the companies and their respective bids are shown in the table below.
