The community of Land of Canaan on the East Bank of Demerara will soon have its own police station as bids were yesterday opened for the project, set to cost some $96.8 million dollars.
With the procuring entity being the Ministry of Home Affairs, tenders were opened from five companies and their respective price quotes are shown in the table below.
