The Guyana Police Force is responding to a letter to the editor published in the Stabroek News on Monday September 15, 2014, under the caption ‘Brutalised by police’ and which was written by one Deon Gherow.
The Guyana Police Force wishes to advise that the complaint made by Deon Gherow has been investigated by the police’s Office of Professional Responsibility and the file in this matter has been submitted to the Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority for his review.
