The West Indies team needs a Psychologist

Dear Editor,
If one digs deep enough in relation to any successful modern international team, except the West Indies, one will find a Psychologist somewhere in there.
The Australian’s Psychologist is Michael LLoyd. If ever there was a time when it is essential for the West Indies to follow the successful teams in that sphere, it is  after the last fiasco, and before the South African tour.
