CARDIFF, Wales, CMC – A debutgoal for Trinidad and Tobago striker Kenwyne Jones saw Cardiff City take a 2-1 victory over Norwich City in the English Premier League yesterday.
The win lifts Cardiff off the bottom of theleague table.
Two quick-fire goals at the start of the second half saw Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side overturnNorwich’s first-half advantage, claimed by a sixth minute strike from winger Robert Snodgrass.
It also ensured Solskjaer secured a first Premier League win since taking charge of the Welsh club which, while not moving them out of the drop zone, got them off the bottom of the table at Fulham’s expense.
