TSC, Everest and DCC win on first innings

Transport Sports Club (TSC) fell short of scoring an outright victory against Police in the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA)/Hadi’s World Incorporated first division two-day competition which ended in a draw yesterday at Police Sports Club ground, Eve Leary.

TSC, who resumed on yesterday’s second day on their overnight 189-6, with Keon Morris and Devaughn Nandan on three and 74, went on to score 254 all out. Morris and Nandan added another 15 runs before Morris was removed by Jermaine Reynolds without adding to his overnight score. Police struck again when Shawn Massiah was dismissed
