Minister of Business, Dominic Gaskin today met with members of the Private Sector Commission (PSC), at the Ministry’s boardroom (formerly Ministry of Tourism), South Road, Georgetown.GINA said that the meeting, initiated by the PSC, was aimed at familiarising the Commission’s members with the new Minister, as well as allowing them to have a better understanding of the Ministry’s plans.According to Chairman of the PSC, Ramesh Persaud, the private sector welcomes the new Ministry as an independent body. He said there may be some new concepts and ideas as against the existing ones which were under the former Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce.
