Barticians today protested against former Regional Chairman Gordon Bradford, saying that they don’t want him returned to office at elections for the Regional Democratic Council on Tuesday. They said that they voted for change on May 11th and that Bradford has already served two terms. The protest in the Region Seven (Cuyuni/Mazaruni) community will pose a dilemma for the ruling APNU+AFC coalition. Region Seven is one of only three of 10 regions won by the alliance.These photos show the protestors bearing placards.
