Dynamic Airways has said that all flights scheduled to depart Guyana destined for New York will experience a 24-hour delay due to a cancellation on Thursday.
Flight 2D402 was cancelled on Thursday due to maintenance issues, a press release from the company said. “Following this delay, all Dynamic Airways scheduled flights between Georgetown and New York have experienced a 24-hour delay,” it added.
Yesterday, a back-up jet arrived at the CJIA at 1AM to accommodate passengers affected by the cancellation. Flight 2D402 was then scheduled to depart 4pm and arrive in New York at 9:20 PM.
Dynamic Airways said it regrets the inconvenience caused and is working assiduously to ensure on-time departure of its upcoming services.
