No washrooms on the seawall

Dear Editor,

Last Sunday I visited the seawall to take pictures. This was opposite the Monument that was built some time ago. There was a large crowd there including children and their parents.

Around the monument there are seats. I spent about four hours there, where there was music, beers, and the selling and cooking of food on the roadside fish fries.

But something very important caught my eye, such as people making use of the grass at the side of the fence for calls of nature, and this included males and females. There are no washrooms for the public to make use of. So I am calling on the relevant authority to do something very quickly. There should be a male and female wash unit and someone to keep same clean. You would pay a fee of $20 for the use of the washroom. Otherwise put makeshift bathrooms there.

Yours faithfully,
Clairmonte Marcus
