The Guyana Post Office Corporation (GPOC) wishes to acknowledge your publication’s February 18, 2015, letter captioned, ‘Guyana Post Office failed to deliver mail from US Department of State relating to a visa.’ The corporation apologizes for any inconvenience the writer’s client (SC – the sister) may have experienced and kindly invites ‘SC’ to contact the Deputy Postmaster General (on telephone number 227-7494) to verify the circumstances surrounding her complaint.
