Mohammed will miss the first two matches of the Trinidad & Tobago Red Force in the WICB Professional Cricket League Regional 4-Day Tournament starting in November.

The Disciplinary Tribunal of the West Indies Cricket Board found him guilty of breaching the WICB code of conduct, a WICB release said on Friday.

Showing dissent is a Level 1 offence under the Code of Conduct.

However it was upgraded to level three because Mohammed was found guilty and fined 75 percent of his match fee for a similar offense a year ago.

In handing down the decision, the Tribunal said it did not consider that the ban would affect his eligibility for selection to the senior West Indies team.

Mohammed was represented by Simone Seedansingh of the West Indies Players’ Association.
