Suriname airline seeking scheduled services here

Suriname airline Fly Always N.V. is seeking to begin scheduled services here from February 1, 2016.

The Guyana Civil Aviation Authority in a notice in yesterday’s Sunday Stabroek said the applicant is seeking to fly from Paramaribo to Georgetown to Barbados on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

It is also seeking to fly from Paramaribo to Georgetown to Boa Vista, Brazil on Tuesday and Saturday.

A licence is being sought for two years and the airline’s address was given as Parastraat 2-10, Zorg en Hoop Airfield, Paramaribo.

Members of the public can lodge representations or objections over the application. These must be done in writing no later than January 25, 2016 to the Director General of the GCAA at 73 High Street, Kingston.

A copy of the application without financials is available for inspection at the office of the authority.
