Float parade to cause relocations for CSEC, CAPE students

The Ministry of Education today said that the May 26 float parade will require the relocation of students from seven city schools who are sitting the CSEC and CAPE examinations that day.

In a notice in today’s Sunday Stabroek, the ministry said that students from Bishops’ High, St John’s College, St Rose’s High and St Stanislaus College will be relocated to Queen’s College.

Students from Central High School will be relocated to St Joseph’s High.

Students from Christ Church Secondary and Brickdam Secondary will be relocated to Tutorial High.

Students from Josel Education Institute will be relocated to Tutorial High School.

The Ministry advised parents and guardians to ensure that their children get to the examination centres in a timely manner.
