Police say they are investigating a fatal accident which occurred about 1300h. yesterday on the Buxton Public Road, E.C.D, that resulted in the death of Wade Paul 55 years, of 106 Middle Walk, Buxton, E.C.D.
Enquiries disclosed that Paul was riding his ATV motor cycle CF 8345 at a fast rate east of the Public Road when he lost control and slammed into the front of motor car PPP 4124, which was proceeding in the opposite direction.
He was rushed to the GPHC where he died whilst receiving treatment.
