Police Constable Timothy Horatio who was allegedly the driver of a minibus that was involved in an accident on Regent Street on August 27, 2016, during which several persons were injured and one subsequently died, has been charged with Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.
He appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts today.
Dillon Linton, 21, died on Sunday afternoon after sustaining major injuries in the accident.
