Professor Ei-ichi Negishi, the 2010 Nobel Prize Winner in Organic Chemistry, will give a public lecture at the Turkeyen Campus of the University of Guyana (UG) on Monday evening.
According to a UG press release, Professor Negishi’s presentation is entitled “Pursuit of Many Lofty Dreams with Eternal Optimism over Half-a-Century” and in it he will share his passion for chemistry and the pathways its study has led.
The lecture is to be held at the Education Lecture Theatre at 6.30pm.
