The Acting Commissioner of Police is responding to a letter in the Stabroek News edition of Thursday, August 25, 2016, under the caption ‘Why do police close the road for Waterworld events denying access to Perseverance residents?’
I wish to advise that a team of three Senior Officers will examine the situation alluded to and the corrective action(s) will be taken immediately.
