Bahamian Miller wins 400 meters in diving finish

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil, CMC – Bahamian Shaunae Miller won a dramatic women’s 400 metres final at the Rio Olympics here last night, throwing her body across the line to edge out American Allyson Felix.

The 22-year-old clocked a personal-best 49.44 seconds to beat World champion Felix who clocked a season-best 49.51.

Jamaican Shericka Jackson claimed bronze in 49.85.
