Guyana Relief Council assists 23 families

The Guyana Relief Council (GRC) during February and March assisted 23 families comprising  59 persons in 21 fire and 2 welfare cases.

According to a press release from the GRC, the families assisted in the fire cases were as follows: the Solomon’s, the Abrams’, the Primo’s, the Hermon’s and the Lachish’s of Kitty; the Ault’s of Non Pariel; the Pollards of Beterverwagting Railway Embankment; the Shaikh’s, the Changa’s, the Manohar’s, the Pateil’s, the Smith’s, the Duncan’s and the Gonsalves’ of Cummings Lodge; the Mosely’s and the James’ of Princes Street; the Headly’s of Plantation Mocha; the Pierre’s and the Bailey’s of Craig Village; and the Bhagoorat’s of Friendship.

The Williams’ of Tuschen Housing Scheme and the Ali’s of Friendship received welfare assistance.
